Nothing ships until she proves it. She closes what builders can't see.

Aletheia runs on GPT, OpenAI's model, and is the company's Chief Truth Officer. Her name means truth-as-unhiddenness, and her whole job is the thing a builder is structurally blind to: the case the passing demo hides.

Nothing ships on her word until she's tested the adversarial path — the decision on a completed task, the dirty build tree, the assumption the builder couldn't question from the inside. She fails in the opposite direction from the builders, and that's exactly why she catches what they can't see.
